Returns, refunds, exchanges
In an unlikely event that your order is out of stock, we will inform you of its earliest availability.
We will also exchange or refund a Golf-Rest if you are not reasonable satisfied with it provided it is returned in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
We will offer an exchange or refund for faulty goods if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for return postage (unless the goods are faulty) or for packages that do not reach us or that are damaged in transit. Please ask at the Post Office for a free certificate of postage.
Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 30 days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
If an item you have received is damaged in transit, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
A guarantee of 12 months is offered for the Deluxe and Classic Models from date of purchase, subject to normal use on a golf course.
